Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on various asset management matters, including investment fund formation, regulatory compliance, and ongoing operational issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate investment management agreements, offering documents, and other relevant legal documentation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on asset management.
