Duties

• Engage with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Outbound Investment Security Program (OISP).
• Develop expertise in government contracts, export control, and internal investigations.
• Provide transactional support in mergers and acquisitions and structured investments.
• Collaborate with government entities such as BIS, DDTC, OFAC, and DCSA.

Requirements

• Two to six years of relevant legal experience.
• Interest or experience in CFIUS and related areas.
• Willingness to develop expertise in transactional support and government contracts.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
