• Advise on federal, state, and local tax credit programs.

• Structure and advise on tax-efficient strategies for real estate projects.
• Advise on general corporate and partnership tax matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business tax law.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability and collaborative approach.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.
• LLM in Taxation preferred.
