The successful candidate will manage a full caseload from inception to resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation. Duties

• Provide legal support to clients.
• Manage cases from inception through trial and/or appeal.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Draft and appear for law and motion.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Report to clients.

Requirements

• CA Bar admitted attorney in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation and/or labor & employment experience.
• Strong civil litigation knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Proactive, responsive, responsible, and accountable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• CA Bar license (Required).
