This role involves serving as the central point of contact between the innovation function and the practice, working directly with lawyers to shape the roadmap, prioritize demand, and deliver practice-facing change.

Duties

• Serve as the central point of contact between innovation and the practice.
• Develop and maintain a practice-aligned innovation roadmap.
• Lead the identification and shaping of practice demand.
• Redesign workflows and delivery models for legal service transformation.
• Execute pilots and rollouts with measurable outcomes.
• Lead the adoption of AI and other technologies within the practice.
• Support client engagement on innovation topics.
• Own practice-level adoption and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various firm functions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Provide line management to direct reports as required.
• Work flexibly to support firm priorities and respond to requests.

Requirements

• JD and a minimum of 2 years practicing in a global law firm.
• Good standing admission to a state bar required.
• Experience in legal innovation, operations, or technology.
• Experience leading adoption and change management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong project management skills and a growth mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
