Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials.
• Conduct depositions and defend depositions.
• Negotiate case settlements and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with a skilled support staff to build strong cases.

Requirements

• NC Bar Licensure.
• 2 - 5 years of experience managing a large caseload preferred.
• Some experience in litigation preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel to courts across North Carolina frequently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active NC Bar License.

Skills

• Strong case management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
