Duties

• Research case law, regulations, and statutes to support case preparation and legal advice.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, subpoenas, and briefs.
• Gather information from clients, provide case updates, and address concerns.
• Coordinate and file all discovery documents involving attorneys and clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare cases for trial, including organizing evidence and exhibits.
• Represent clients in court proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Assist in the development of legal strategies and solutions.
• Participate in business development and community functions to maintain and build client relationships.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• FileVine experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in Florida.

Skills
