Duties:

• Perform IP clearance analysis to assess potential risks and conflicts.
• Handle negotiations and settlements related to intellectual property disputes.
• Stay updated on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable connection and desire to live in the upper Midwest.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Experience with IP searching, IP analysis, and IP clearance analysis.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nebraska State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Certifications:

• Certification in intellectual property law (preferred).
