Duties

• Represent biotech and pharmaceutical companies in licensing patents and collaborations.
• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions.
• Work closely with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.
• Engage in transactions involving novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with AI-driven biotechnology companies is a plus.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the state of the office or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
