Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.

Duties

• Represent domestic and foreign banks in warehouse lending.
• Handle structured repurchase transactions involving commercial real estate loans.
• Work with RMBS, CMBS, CLO bonds, and repack securities.

Requirements

• Three to six years of structured finance experience.
• Strong deal experience at a law firm.
• Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Skills

• Proficiency in structured finance and related transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
