Duties

• Manage a plaintiff-side caseload from intake through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle discovery, motion practice, and mediation.
• Work closely with experts and co-counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial and conduct trials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Active Texas law license.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred.
• Litigation experience required; trial experience strongly valued.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client-communication skills.
• Alignment with the firm's mission and values.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Texas Bar.
