The role involves supporting senior associates and partners on projects related to solar, wind, geothermal, and other energy transition initiatives.

Duties

• Support senior associates and partners on project finance matters.
• Work with project developers, lenders, and investors on renewable energy projects.
• Engage in complex financing and tax transactions.
• Stay informed on federal tax law developments.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience as a tax lawyer.
• Familiarity with renewable energy incentives and partnership taxation preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Prior work experience within a large law firm preferred.

Education

• LLM in taxation preferred.

Certifications

• No specific certifications required.
