Duties

• Represent employers in federal and state court litigation.

• Conduct independent workplace investigations.
• Resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis from Century City office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with PAGA and class actions.
