Duties

• Draft and manage loan documents, including loan agreements and related transactional documents.
• Handle multiple finance-related matters simultaneously, ensuring high levels of efficiency.
• Participate in business development efforts and engage directly with clients.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and shareholders on high-value transactions.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial finance transactions.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of commercial finance experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience in drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters and projects concurrently.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree with strong academic performance.
• Admission (or steps taken to become admitted) to the bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction or steps taken to obtain such membership.

• Expertise in commercial finance, loan documentation, and related transactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and matters simultaneously.
