Adams Coogler always welcomes employment inquiries from staff and attorneys of all experience levels. From summer interns and associates, clerks and legal assistants, to experienced associates and shareholder-level lateral hires, we are always open to considering all who are interested in employment with the firm. Our business model and positioning within the community allow us the flexibility to hire the right people regardless of whether it is the right time. We look for attorneys and staff who are compatible with our culture and core values. We consider applicants who are committed to serving their clients and their own profession; show determination, initiative, common sense, integrity, excellent judgment, and knowledge of the law and the ethical codes under which we practice. In addition, we look for attorneys who have demonstrated the ability or qualities that indicate they will be effective in developing business for the firm in the future. Given our wide range of practice areas, we can accommodate Shareholders and experienced associates in their particular area of expertise, while at the same time allowing growth into other areas for a more fulfilling practice.
