Duties:

• Provide legal support across general business law matters

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and transactional documents

• Counsel clients on corporate governance and compliance issues

• Represent clients in business-related legal proceedings and regulatory matters

• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on firm-wide initiatives and client solutions

• Manage case files and maintain thorough and organized documentation

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio

• Prior legal experience in a business or general practice setting (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines

• Interest in contributing to a small-firm, team-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar (in good standing)
