Duties

• Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, and enforcement.
• Conduct trademark counseling, clearance search, and analysis.
• Handle trademark disputes and online investigations.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements and contracts.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Represent clients in trademark disputes before the TTAB.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of intellectual property experience in private practice.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and client service orientation.
• Bar admission in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
