Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research using databases such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide expert legal advice in immigration law, asylum cases, SIJ guardianship cases, personal injury, and evictions.
• Develop legal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
• Prepare for trials by gathering evidence and organizing case strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling cases in personal injury, evictions, and immigration law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and presenting cases.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar admission in the State of Washington.

Skills:
