Profile

I have an immediate need for a qualified attorney admitted in California with >4yrs civil litigation experience, to serve as my associate for the limited purpose of conducting depositions by Zoom during the months of May and June. The depos of five non-party witnesses will take an hour or less each, and the two depos of the plaintiff and defendant which will likely be three or four hours each, for a total on the record of about ten hours. I would also budget ten hours for preparation and coordination with me to script the depos.
