Duties:

• Manage and independently handle complex civil litigation cases, including general liability and personal injury matters.

• Develop and implement discovery plans, ensuring effective management of document-intensive cases.

• Take and defend depositions as part of the litigation process.

• Draft dispositive motions and support trial preparation efforts.

• Provide strategic legal advice, ensuring creative solutions for clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to drive case success.

• Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills throughout case management.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Bar license.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in complex civil litigation or general liability matters.

• Experience with personal injury, financial services, or professional negligence is a plus.

• Strong academic background with a demonstrated passion for advocacy.

• Ability to manage complex issues and provide innovative legal solutions.

Education:
