Commercial Litigation/Insurance Coverage Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Center Valley, PA, is seeking a Commercial Litigation/Insurance Coverage Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and be confident in appearing before courts and clients. Bar admission in PA is helpful.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions practice, and trials
• Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates on case developments
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and preparation
• Attend depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and production
• Review insurance policies and provide coverage opinions to clients
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Stay current on developments in commercial litigation and insurance law

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation
• Admission to the Bar in PA (multiple Bar admissions preferred)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Confidence in appearing before courts and clients

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Bar admission in PA (or eligibility to waive in)
