Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified junior, midlevel, or senior associate or of counsel to join their structured transactions practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a preference for a background in structured finance and securitization.

Duties

• Engage in structured finance and securitization transactions.
• Collaborate with team members on RMBS, ABS, and CLO financing projects.
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and finance transactions.
• Maintain active membership in the bar of the state where the office is located.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions.
• Background in structured finance and securitization preferred.
• RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience highly preferred.
• Active bar membership in the relevant state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of the office location.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
