The candidate must have 3-7 years of litigation experience in general liability, toxic tort, premises liability and catastrophic injury. Should have experience taking depositions of fact witnesses and experts, and preparing trial documents (exhibit lists, witness lists, motions in limine, jury instructions, verdict forms, trial briefs, etc.). Strong research and writing skills are a must.
