Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Indianapolis is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in real estate litigation is welcomed.

Job Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contract disputes, and civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case strategy and management.
• Assist in case evaluation, analysis, and resolution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Indiana.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Certifications:

Admission to the Indiana State Bar.
