Part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant
The candidate performs general administrative duties working closely with legal assistants and paralegals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to document preparation, answering phones and greeting visitors, scheduling conference rooms, maintaining office supplies, deliveries, and filing. Ideal candidate will be computer savvy and be comfortable learning new technology. Would prefer a candidate with experience in a similar position with knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be a team player who is willing to pitch in and help as needed, able to work independently, be well organized, and possess good people skills.Monday to Friday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
