Duties

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation and merger control matters.
• Collaborate with a global team to address complex antitrust challenges.
• Assist in securing merger approvals and defending against enforcement actions.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom representation.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility to waive in.
