Duties

• Handle Internet law class actions related to consumer protection statutes.
• Manage complex commercial litigation involving cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Address privacy and data security incidents and related litigation.
• Engage in intellectual property matters, including trade secret and patent issues.
• Litigate cases involving artificial intelligence and data collection.
• Work on speech-related technology litigation, including defamation cases.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of litigation experience in a mid to large law firm.
• Experience in drafting pleadings, conducting research, and managing discovery.
• Interest in technology, Internet law, and complex commercial litigation.
• In-house litigation management experience for a tech company is a plus.
• Good standing with the CA Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and initiative to take ownership of work.
