The candidate must demonstrated practical experience with concepts, practices and procedures of real estate title and settlement process. Should have strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to real estate title insurance and settlement services. Should have ability to lead others in effectively implementing programs and projects. Should have Business acumen, strategic ability, ability to develop others and influence change. Should have 12-15+ years title underwriting experience with responsibility for managing a major part/key function within business/team. Must be familiar with real estate law.Licensed to practice law, in good standing. Law Degree required.
