Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through negotiation and settlement

• Analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop case strategies

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on statutes, regulations, and case law

• Communicate with clients regarding case status, strategy, and settlement offers

• Draft and review legal documents including demand letters and settlement agreements

• Ensure quality assurance in pre-litigation procedures and case documentation

• Provide mentorship and supervision to legal staff as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong interest or prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law

• Ability to manage a full caseload independently and within a collaborative team

• Excellent judgment and client-service orientation

• Experience interacting with clients, witnesses, medical professionals, and other parties

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
