Duties

• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Florida; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 8-12 years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Experience in general liability and construction defect required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar certification required.
