Duties:

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel in estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning.
• Advise individuals, families, executives, and business owners on tax and estate planning arrangements, financial planning, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, trust administration, probate administration, and charitable planning.
• Handle document drafting and senior review with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and associates to develop tailored legal strategies and solutions.
• Mentor younger associates, offer guidance, and contribute to their professional development.
• Actively engage in client development initiatives and cultivate strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• JD from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.
• An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in business law, estate planning, and trust administration.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in project management and negotiating.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters with confidence and efficiency.
• Experience practicing in a large law firm environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
