• Litigate creditors' rights motions, advocating for clients' interests in court proceedings.
• Oversee client cases from initial consultation to case conclusion, providing thorough legal representation and guidance throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Bankruptcy Law and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Proven experience in handling debtor and creditor bankruptcy cases.
• Ability to effectively litigate creditors' rights motions in court.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client consultations, court appearances, and legal documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
