A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in Corpus Christi, TX. This role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse litigation matters, including oil and gas, commercial, wrongful death, and personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and analytical skills and thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience in corporate and/or personal injury defense litigation is preferred but not required. The position allows for work from either the Corpus Christi or San Antonio office.

Duties

• Handle a wide range of litigation cases independently.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members on complex cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• 2 or more years of experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong writing and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience in corporate and/or personal injury defense litigation preferred.
