Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation on employment-based immigration cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with employers, HR teams, and individuals to gather necessary evidence and address case-related inquiries.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive arguments to support client cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and good standing with a state bar (Massachusetts bar license preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Proven experience in handling employment-based immigration matters, such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM labor certification, or I-140 immigrant petitions.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in managing a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience liaising with businesses, corporate clients, or employers in immigration contexts.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous.
