Duties

• Draft and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Analyze statutes, decisions, and legal articles for case preparation.
• Manage calendars and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Appear at depositions, attend hearings, and assist at trials.
• Maintain communication with clients, counsel, and courts.
• Organize and maintain client files in the case management system.
• Oversee document filing with the court.
• Communicate with the administrative team for client correspondence.
• Handle case negotiations and settlement preparations.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Managing Attorney.

Requirements

• Knowledge of motions, discovery, and litigation procedures.
• Experience with depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.
