Job Overview: A law firm in Lancaster, OH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic relations law and be capable of handling a diverse caseload, including criminal and juvenile law cases.

Duties:

• Manage and handle a caseload primarily focused on family law matters.
• Engage in active pleading practice, including drafting motions, petitions, and responses.
• Represent clients in criminal and juvenile law cases as needed.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
• Strong knowledge of domestic relations law and related legal procedures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
