A law firm seeks a Commercial Leasing Associate in Washington, DC. This role offers an opportunity to engage with sophisticated clients in the data center and energy sectors. The candidate will handle commercial leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating leases and related agreements.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Manage transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, and work letters.
• Address development issues related to power, water, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate on zoning, entitlements, and permit processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Experience with service level agreements and data center projects preferred.
• Am Law 100 firm experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.
