Duties

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance coverage litigation.
• Admission to the Utah State Bar.
• Extensive experience in handling commercial insurance policies and related documentation.
• Background in complex litigation phases, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, and mediations.
• Strong case management skills, with a proven ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a record of academic excellence.
