Duties

• Represent design professionals in litigation involving contract claims and professional negligence.
• Handle pre-trial work, including motion practice, discovery, and collaboration with expert witnesses.
• Conduct trial proceedings in federal, state, or tribal courts, and participate in arbitration.
• Engage with insurance carriers and manage coverage issues.

Requirements

• Experience in construction law representing design professionals.
• Trial experience in federal, state, or tribal courts, or arbitration.
• Experience with insurance carriers and coverage is advantageous.
• Prior experience at a reputable law firm is preferred.
• A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
