The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Duties

• Conduct patent litigation and IPR proceedings.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration number preferred.
