Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, business law, or commercial transactions.
• Ability to manage client intake and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management software.
• Strong research, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality in client matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
