Duties

• Oversee litigation workflows, ensuring timely file movement and compliance.
• Coordinate hearing and court appearance coverage; serve as backup counsel when necessary.
• Lead training and onboarding of new attorneys; provide ongoing mentoring.
• Offer guidance on complex legal issues; escalate concerns as needed.
• Monitor attorney workloads and perform regular case file audits.
• Communicate and enforce firm policies across regional teams.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding litigation matters.
• Assist in audits, process improvements, and system oversight.
• Promote development and cross-training of legal staff.
• Contribute to firm initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing in at least one state within the region (PA).
• Minimum 3 years of creditor or consumer rights experience.
• Strong understanding of procedural law and case management systems.
• Experience training, mentoring, or leading legal teams.
• Excellent time management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume litigation workflows across jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active law license in good standing in at least one state within the region (PA).
