Duties

• Represent clients in EOIR court for Master and Merits Hearings.
• Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews.
• Draft motions, judgments, and legal filings.
• Lead and mentor a legal team, including assistants and paralegals.
• Oversee case preparation and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and up-to-date case files.

Requirements

• JD and license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• 3+ years of experience in immigration law, including family and employment-based immigration.
• Experience in removal defense and immigration court litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.

Skills

• Strong legal writing, courtroom, and client communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support and direct legal staff.
