The candidate work for Intellectual Property Transactions Group. Should have 3-7 years of experience supporting M&A transactions across all industries. Will work directly with company’s global M&A deal teams and take a leading role in advising on deal-related IP and technology law matters, including providing drafting and negotiation support for purchase agreements, drafting and negotiating associated commercial agreements (IP licenses and assignments, transition services agreements, supply agreements), and coordinating and supervising IPT diligence activities performed by junior IPT associates. Play a key role in M&A-specific IPT knowledge management and training activities.
