Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in non-violent criminal defense matters, including:
  • Traffic violations, DUI, petty crimes, misdemeanors, and drug possession cases.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case files, and provide legal representation in Horry and Georgetown counties.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cases, provide guidance, and outline defense strategies.
• Participate in court proceedings, negotiate with prosecutors, and advocate for clients in various stages of the criminal defense process.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (SCBAR License).
• Strong interest in criminal defense and willingness to learn and grow within this practice area.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar (SCBAR).
