The candidate will be delivering legal and differentiated compliance services to the Workforce Benefit Division, including services related to operational structures and processes, product design and development, and marketing and distribution matters. Partnering with Enterprise Compliance to ensure the Workforce Benefit Division has and continues to develop a robust, effective and risk-based compliance program. Engaging with industry peers, both directly and through industry trades, to identify, leverage or develop best practices. Law degree and State Bar admission. Should have 1-4 years experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel. Strong research and organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset. Strong interpersonal skills.
