Duties

• Manage personal injury litigation from client engagement to case resolution

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
• Attend court hearings and depositions as necessary
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• At least 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Admission to practice law in Tennessee (other states a bonus)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
