Duties

• Negotiate and prepare credit agreements and collateral documents.
• Review and negotiate intercreditor arrangements and ancillary credit documents.
• Conduct due diligence on key project agreements, including offtake, EPC, supply contracts, and O&M services.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in debt project finance.
• Proficiency in negotiating and reviewing financial documents.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Texas preferred.
