Duties

• Consult with employers, adjusters, and attorneys on Medicare issues related to workers' compensation cases.
• Educate clients on handling Medicare set-asides.
• Provide guidance on best practices and strategies for case resolution, including structured settlements.
• Perform conditional payment searches and prepare Medicare submissions for set aside approval.
• Draft Medicare language for settlement documents.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Medicare Compliance.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania.
