Duties

• Support the firm and its clients in real estate and commercial litigation matters.
• Prepare legal documents, including notices, letters, filings, and correspondence.
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct fact or legal research and prepare reports and summaries.
• Organize and maintain legal documents in an electronic filing system.

Requirements

• JD and membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Knowledge of real estate and finance terminology and documents.
• Ability to analyze and resolve legal matters effectively.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to learn new legal topics as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
